All units, Code 4, Vermont and Florence, no evidence of trouble.Jepherson-McConnell, eastbound Jefferson, in a black Ford Raptor with a motorcycle attached, tinted windows and no license plate. Driver brandished a weapon at PR. Driver also driving recklessly, running red lights, making legal U-turns, almost hit PR's vehicle. It's information only, incident 2564.
