Alright, I got a target at the CRC, CRC Sergeant. Vehicle is one for GLA out of JFK Airport. Vehicle struck a civilian while it was being pulled over, San Lucas Westway and Hillside Avenue. Potential front end damage. Description of the vehicle is a black Massachusetts license plate, 6 Adam Robert Peter 41. It's a black Kia.

CRT had the vehicle seen at Stanwyck and Hillside. Vehicle was now seen at Lanternet 121 Street going northbound direction. Went north, went northbound onto Lefferts Boulevard from Atlantic Avenue. Possibly struck a pedestrian at the location.
