Request a over transit, as per 81. Trying to be able to confirm, 30 at 9th Point. The cell phones were taken. Location is 830 La Fia Avenue between Montgore-Garvey Boulevard and Lewis Avenue. At this time, looking for an outstander perp, three males. One male, Black, about 20-years-old with a black North Face and a gray sweater with a blue sweatpants and had a black face mask. A second perp, male, Black, 20-years-old, un-Black, sweater with blue leather ring on the front, white leather ring on the rear, reading in mixed motions. Third perp is going to be a male.
