Suspect is a transient male Hispanic, wearing a bicycle helmet, gray sweatshirt, unknown color sweatpants, swinging a machete and threatening other transients. Code 3, incident 4079 and RD 2138.

 Street at El Carrizo Park, in the last parking area towards the rear of the park. Suspect with a brown reddish Chevrolet Traverse, 19-309, 308.
