 Caller Robert Dunnett says his phone was ripped out of his hands by a male 45 minutes ago.

 Male was about 20 years old, black male, 6 foot with long dreads, wearing all black and a black coat, riding a green bike.

 Caller said this happened while he was out walking by the head shed near Raskey and Lewis.

 It's possibly going to be in relation to this theft at 5037 Lewis at the Cash American Con.
