A 17-year-old boy was killed and three other teens were injured early May 30 when a Chevrolet Camaro struck a Recology truck on eastbound I-80 near the 7th Street offramp, vaulted over the railings and fell about 25 feet into a San Francisco Police Department impound lot, striking other vehicles.
