Engine 4 from dispatcher, due out for an elevator rescue. St. George Tower Apartments, 42250 Hayes Road. 42250 Hayes Road. Caller is on the 9th floor. Can hear people hearing from the elevator door. Apparently, it's having problems. She believes people are stuck inside.
