Information on reckless vehicle, East 38th Street and Falk Creek Parkway, North Drive. It's a small black Hyundai sedan, driving radically, weaving in and out of traffic and driving really slow. Driver's a white male, passenger's a black male with a hat, possibly was holding a gun. The vehicle is last seen northbound on Falk Creek, passing gate number 5 at the fairgrounds. Closed CAD 1643.
