Ames. 27, disturbance at Fontenelle and Bedford, Fontenelle Boulevard, Bedford Ave. Passerby says two males are arguing in the street, blocking traffic. Black male in a blue van and a white male in a white sedan. Unknown weapons, drinking, or drugs. Additional caller, Josh, says there was a vehicle accident that they're not blocking, but they are having a disturbance, refusing to exchange. Baker 27.
