5. 16 high risk, Sullivan and Wedgewood at the Manor Carryout. A group of five kids on bicycles were following the caller and a friend, throwing rocks at them. Friend was hit by a rock. Medical's refused. Four male blacks wearing all black on a bicycle. One male black in a red shirt on a bicycle. Also saying they have sticks and rocks.
