We have a juvenile and his adult brother in the lobby of the place after a bicycle about 30 minutes ago. A group of kids attempted to shoot this juvenile with an Orbeez gun. While we're speaking to him in the lobby, another brother seems to have found this group on Darlington by East 128th Street. They should be there with this kid. Purple Mountain Bikes.
