Signal 23, Exeter Recreation Center, 404 West Trinity Place. 404 West Trinity Place. It'll be for three Black males, 23s. One in a gray shirt and a beanie, gray shorts. One in a black jacket, light gray shorts, and another in a navy blue shirt and black pants. They're being disruptive, and the patrons are complaining to the 87s about them being struck with their football, and the 87 requested them to leave, and they are refusing to do so.
