Mill Creek 52 and 55 for a juvenile problem. Mill Creek 52. 55. It'll be at Rosecrest Elementary, 2420 East Fisher Lane, 2420 East, 2935 South. Caller advised there's 10 to 14-year-old male juveniles driving a golf cart in the grassy field area. The males are doing donuts and leaning to one side trying to flip the cart.
