30 and Taylor.I'm posting a disturbance at 2118 North 31st Street, 2118 North 31st. Caller sees two parties in a black two-door sedan with a Nebraska plate. Boy, Charles John 833, is trying to drive off intoxicated with children in the vehicle. And caller's currently standing in front of the vehicle. Parties in the vehicle is a White female, 35-years-old, with a purple shirt, and a Native male, 32-years-old, last seen wearing a gray shirt, black shorts.
