Unknown state plate of Edward George Nora 426, EGN 426. Caller stated driving very slow, speeds of 5 mile an hour, swerving all over the roadway. Holding to the tech shop next to KFC. Caller no longer sees the vehicle or is on the line. Central's clear. 2034.
