Female 41, Engine 3 en route, East Market Street and Country Club Road. HPD is also en route. They advised through language line, stated that an individual jumped out of a vehicle and is running. There's also a female in the vehicle, possibly not doing well. She parked on East Market Street. Advised the complainant is in distress. Keeps repeating that the female needs police or an ambulance. It'll be a gray truck.
