CAT time is 1500 hours, in the confines of the 42 precinct. The 42 sergeant is holding a level 1. Level 1 mobilization point is going to be 173 Street to Fulton Avenue. 173 to Fulton is in regards to a confirmed person shot. In regards, going to be looking for one male perp. He's last, wearing a white shirt, black face, mask, one perp, wearing black t-shirt. Perp last seen fleeing southbound on Fulton Avenue from Parkway, level 1. Regards to a confirmed person shot. CAT time 1504, I was in the confines of the 42 precinct, and the 42 is going to be on the level 1. The level 1 mobilization point is 173th Street and 4th Avenue in regards to a male shot. In regards, we're looking for one male perp. He's wearing a white shirt, black face mask. We have a one male perp wearing a black t-shirt. Perp, last name Lee, and southbound on 4th and Avenue. Level 1.
