Any Davenport unit, 415 group, Haskell and Plummer in the intersection. Suspect vehicle's a black pickup truck, possibly Chevrolet. Showing donuts in the intersection, several bystanders, in and out of vehicles, also throwing water balloons in the intersection. It's Code 2, incident 3081, RD 1778.
