Any West LA unit, 415 man, 1304 Roxbury Drive at the Roxbury Modern Apartments. Suspect is in the rear alley of the location. Suspect is a male, Black, 30 to 40 years, dark or dark blue or black tank top, dark shorts, carrying a dark colored bag. Continuing pacing back and forth. Suspect returned to the location after earlier gaining entrance into the building. PR does not know the suspect. PR concerned the suspect is possibly casing apartments and PR is willing to meet. Code 2, incident 4249.
