Suspect's a female, Hispanic, flower tank top, wore a shirt around the hips, armed with a knife, was seen chasing the victim, male, Hispanic, bald, saggy pants, gray underwear. The victim was seen throwing bird scooters at the female. PR no longer at location. It's code 3, incident 3952, RD 817. West Valley unit for the code 2 call, identify.
