Info only for Richmond 3. It's a 916 at Funston and Geary. Subject's driving around the neighborhood between Geary and Clement, looking underneath cars for an hour. RP tried to ask what he's doing, and subject walked away and returned the vehicle. Vehicle's a white Honda Civic with plate of 5 Nora Ocean Robert 352. Driver's an Asian male, 50s, thin-build, wearing a white baseball cap, dark-colored jacket, and black pants. No weapons seen. Info only. A1.
