Northern 1, A 603 possible, 355 Laguna, cross of Lillie and Oak. 11 David, 10-4. So, the RP was driving by in traffic until a man climbed through a window. Unit to back the Edward, 11 David? 3 Edward 13 David, prior, 10-4. Apartment building at this 10-20, slid the window up and crawled through. It was a Black male, 20 to 30, 5'8 to 5'10", slim, blue hoodie, dark gray sweatpants. RP's unsure if he does live there. His PDR to face the building. He went through the farthest window on the left.
