Central units, possible kidnapped suspect there now, 3rd and Broadway, 3rd and Broadway, last seen on foot, northbound on 3rd. Suspect feels a black four-door sedan, unknown license plate. Suspect's male, Black, 35 to 40 years, black hat, black shirt, black pants, chasing after female, Black, beige car. Again, on our commissary, code 3, incident 3882. Thank you.
