Santa Clarita 61 early to handle, special attention 60 Sam and any unit to assist, possible 242, possible 902A. 28529 Santa Canyon Road at 76 Gaff, cross of Soledad. DP named a call, wearing orange shirt, tan pants, smoked narco, grabbed informant and tried to take phone from informant when she was on phone with DP's mom. DP jumped out of vehicle, went into above location. DP told informant he would jump out of the vehicle on freeway. DP last seen running into Santa Clarita. 76
