Pondell 262 Tom 1 to handle, 263 Tom 1, the assist, 909T, Sierra Highway, cross of Avenue and Nora. Informant passerby stated vehicle stalled on westbound turn lane. Vehicle is a brown sedan. Other vehicle had to move around.
