Suspect is a female, Hispanic, black hair, tan shirt, black skirt, possibly 390. Suspect banging on the PR's door, messing with the door handle to make entry. Suspect previously threw rocks at the PR's window. Code 2, incident 428, correction, 4822, and RD 1555.
