6 Car with a 518 hit-and-run, 228 Lobos, cross of Capitol. Prior CAD RP hit RP's vehicle and fled. No injuries. 408's been refused. Vehicle hit the RP's vehicle. Then police were in pursuit. RP advised suspect had a beige or skin-colored vehicle. It's a white Tesla Model Y, plate of 9 Lincoln X-ray George 983. Station for report.
