Any Hollenbeck unit, a GTA just occurred, 1407 Bridge Street. Suspect vehicle's a white Toyota RAV-4, license plate 9 X-ray Charles Boy 402. 9 X-ray Charles Boy 402. Two suspects, male, Black, 18 and 20 years old, wearing all black. Last seen making a right on Cesar Chavez towards Union. Suspects took the vehicle and changed the license plate. Code 2, incident 3614, RD 453.
