Suspect's a male, Hispanic, 40 to 50, years of glasses, white shirt, black overalls, vehicle's a blue-green four-door, older model, striving slowly and following victim. Female, 15 years, curly hair, white long-sleeved shirt, black pants, black shoes with a backpack. The girl started running eastbound on Manitou towards Thomas. It's code 2, incident 3432.
