Two versus one, last seen on 4th between Crocker and Towne. Two suspects, male, Black, 5'9 to 6 foot, no shirt and black jeans, were punching and hitting a victim, male, 30s, 280 pounds, bald, ran a black shirt in an electric wheelchair. It's Code 2, incident 3700, RD 138.
