Only for the Park 1, regarding a 916 reckless, 7th and Kirkham. Vehicle swerved towards RP and almost hit her. Driver was yelling racial slurs at RP. Driver's a white male, 50s, 5'10", 6'2", medium-build, last seen wearing an unknown color t-shirt. Vehicle was a newer model, dark blue Ionis, partial plate, starting with 9, green-yellow. Occurred near 7th and Kirkham. Vehicle was seen again at Oak and Stanyan, and eastbound. Information only. 12 David, 10-4.
