Any Wilshire unit, 415 group, Fairfax and Blackburn. The suspects are in front of Citibank near the Whole Foods entrance. Suspect number one is a male, black, green colored hat, black shirt, green pants. Number two is a male, white, blue hat, black shirt, white shorts. The suspects are throwing the Frisbee across the street over the vehicles on Fairfax. It's code 2, incident 3641, RD 723.
