Any Pacific unit, animal cruelty, 12746 West Jefferson Boulevard at the Whole Foods on the third floor, parking lot next to the Tesla superchargers. Vehicle is a red Mitsubishi Mirage. PR locked the vehicle with the dog inside and unable to get the dog, doors open or dog out. Code 2, incident 2248, RD 1464.
