Any South traffic unit, DUI traffic, Denker and Torrance. See the PR in a black Kia K5. Will direct to a suspect in a gray Toyota four-door, license plate 4, William William Tom 770. Driver's a male, 50 to 60 years. Stating he does not have identification. PR also advised he's unable to walk straight, seeking a coherently possible DUI. Code 2, incident 3652, RD 504.
