Any Southeast unit, criminal threat suspect there now, 516 West 93rd Street. Suspect vehicle is a black Honda sedan, unknown license plate, in front of the location. Suspects are two female Blacks, number one, 30 to 40 years, wearing a red dress. Number two, 20 to 25 years, wearing a white shirt, pink shorts. Suspects are on the sidewalk outside the location, verbally threatening PR. No weapons seen. Code 2, incident 4303, RD 1801.
