Information for the Ingleside 3 car regarding a 917 at 1 Avalon, cross of Mission and London. Occurred 25 ago. Subject got into the gate with a screwdriver. Security is able to scare them off. One male adult, 50, 5'7", medium, blue hooded jacket, black pants, green military backpack. No weapons besides a screwdriver. Last seen westbound Avalon towards Mission. Information only.
