182. Any Central unit, 211 just occurred. They said no one is there, Corker and 4th Street. Male Hispanic, light complexion, black hair, white shirt, blue jeans. Suspect number one is a transient male, white, no shirt, white jeans. Number two was a male, black, all black clothing, British handgun. Unknown items were taken from the PR who is at 4th. Park unit at 6th and Central. Code 2, incident 450, RD 138. Any Central unit, ambulance, battery.
