655 Montgomery, cross of Washington. It's a male standing by the garage gate, refusing to leave. Front desk also advising that the subject is threatening him with violence. An RP asked him to move the subject. The 601 is a BMA, 40s, 5'8", medium build, all black clothing, no weapons.
