11 Edward Prior, 10-4. 1068 Palou, cross of Crisp and Hawes. A Black male, adult, face covered, unknown age, 5'11", blue shirt, was inside a silver Mercedes parked in front of the prem earlier. Knocked on RP's door and per the ring camera, the suspect is back inside the vehicle, has a big kitchen knife. 3 units to back.
