Any RP unit with smart and arsonist suspect, 1701 North Gafferty, inside the Target. Suspect is a female, Black, in her 30s, wearing a red and black pants. He said small fires inside the business, fires were extinguished. He's possibly mentally ill. Code 2, incident 1592, RD 521.
