603, 647 Clay Street between Montgomery and Kearny. Adam 11 Edward, 10-4. RP saw a subject scaling a building, thinks it's prowlers trying to possibly commit a 459. RP didn't see them go inside the building yet, but can hear them. Two to three subjects, no weapons seen. It's an ongoing issue of 459 attempts. Backing 3 Adam 11 Edward. Edward's backing. And Adam 12 Edward, 10-4.
