Lancaster 113, you have the handle 415 Business, 2600 West Avenue I-Ida in Lancaster at the Cinemark. There's a tow truck in the parking lot, violated post signs, trying to tow cars. One of the tow trucks almost ran over a customer. Tow truck's in the parking lot. Looks like they're trying to, the trucks are trying to repo a vehicle that belongs to a security guard. Tag 342.
