Hollenbeck units, information only, a 484 suspect has just left from the area of 3153 Warwick Avenue. Suspects, two male Hispanics, were seen carrying tools and exiting a manhole cover that is on the sidewalk. Suspect vehicle is a white Honda, unknown license plate, last seen on Warwick towards Alhambra. PR believes suspects were removing coppers. Information incident 3311.
