The suspect's a transient male, Hispanic, 25-35 years, gray shirt, yellow sweater, wrapped on the head, unkempt blue jean shorts with a towel or a rag. The victim was last seen running on Hoover towards Pico, male, white, mid-40s to 50s, blonde hair, green eyes, gray shirt with a stroller and a dog.
