Northern 5 car, facial only 917, Filbert and Lyon. This was in the Presidio near the playground. Subject was flailing an object and pointing as if it was a gun. Subject is a WMA 30 with a black long coat and shiny object. Is near a yellow box inside the Presidio. U.S. Park PD is going to handle. This is information only for Northern 5 car.
