Any West Valley unit, 415 group, 5651 Balboa Boulevard at Balboa Tennis Parking Lot. In the northeast parking lot, suspects are three males, Spanish, number one black hat, thin-build brown shirt, number two 6 foot to 6 foot 1 red shirt, number three heavy set black shirt. Suspect vehicle is a silver Toyota 4Runner. It's Code 2, incident 3571.
