Currently posturing the PR's vehicle tires and threatening the PR. Code 3, incident 4297 and 1269. units, additional on here, ADW with a vehicle, Avalon and 112. FD is also responding. Suspect's a male, Black, no further. Victim, female, Hispanic, black hair and a bun. Additional, incident 4229. 277.
