A vehicle was driving reckless, throwing glass bottles out the vehicle, threw a Hennessy bottle out the window. RP thinks the driver might be 152. It's a red maroon Mitsubishi, license plate 9, Victor Frank Victor 667. Driver was an unknown race male with jerry curls, red backwards hat. Seen northbound Potrero.
