Rampart units, battery suspect there now, Temple and Reno, Temple and Reno. Last seen on Reno towards the freeway, on-set suspect is a male, Hispanic, 30 years, white shirt, black pants, following a female, Hispanic, 30 years, red and green bag, blue shirt, blue jeans. Suspect yelling at female. Female was grabbed forcibly by the suspect. It's Code 3, incident 5094 and RD 2250.
