Wilshire units, possible 484 suspects there now. Wilshire Place and Wilshire Boulevard near Southwestern Law School. Parked on Wilshire Place, about 60 feet south of Wilshire Boulevard. Inside a dark unknown make model, four-door sedan, unknown license. Two male Hispanic occupants, number one, 40 years, blue baseball cap, blue tank top, black shorts. Number two, no further, have a large spool of green coated wiring and they're peeling the coating from the wiring. Three.
